Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Procedures and Systems: Implement and monitor the development and review of operations procedures and systems to streamline efficiency.
2. Delivery Planning: Strategically plan and prepare for the delivery of processed orders.
3. Transportation Logistics: Direct and optimize transportation logistics, including route and schedule optimization.
4. Port Permit and Clearance Documentation: Maintain compliance by securing the necessary port permits and clearance documents for all shipments.
5. Boarding Officers Support: Provide support and coordination for Boarding Officers’ activities and schedules, including training requirements.
6. Agent Coordination: Work closely with shipping agents to ensure precise tracking of ships for on-time deliveries.
7. PortNet Schedule Tracking: Employ PortNet for diligent monitoring of ship schedules to align with delivery plans and commitments.

Ad-hoc Activities: Tackle additional ad-hoc tasks as needed, showcasing versatility and a proactive approach.
