The Operations Executive is responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, managing, and evaluation of the daily operations in PRISM+. He/She also works with internal and external teams to ensure daily operations such as planning, execution, and reporting of deliveries and fleet operations of the ceiling fan delivery teams or TV/Monitor/RMA delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
Supervising and managing daily delivery fleet operations and drivers
Assisting with day-to-day logistics and warehousing activities
Planning and allocating manpower for daily deliveries
Evaluating and reporting on delivery metrics and performance
Developing strategies for efficient delivery workflow
Coordinating and communicating with delivery drivers
Planning and routing daily delivery routes
Maintaining driver data including leaves, working hours, and vehicle operability
Daily and monthly reporting of delivery performance and KPIs
Inventory management and replenishment of equipment and tools for daily deliveries
Managing vehicle matters including insurance, servicing, repairs, and replacement of parts
Performing ad-hoc duties including onsite setup, providing training to new drivers, interviewing candidates, and ensuring office maintenance and cleanliness
Qualifications:
Experience in supervising delivery fleet and drivers
Operational experience and management
At least 1 year of experience in ceiling fan operations is required
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tech-savvy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to multitask and manage daily operations
