Operations Executive

About the role

Ipic Security And Investigation Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our team. This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our security services. In this critical position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of our security solutions to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee the deployment of security personnel to client sites, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and prompt response to emergencies

• Liaise closely with clients to understand their security requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs

• Monitor and analyse security incident reports, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to enhance service quality

• Assist in the preparation of operational reports and key performance indicators for management review

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of security policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members

• Proficient in using security management software and data analysis tools

• Possess a valid security officer license or the willingness to obtain one

• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support our 24/7 operations
