Roles & Responsibilities

This position requires you to interface with customers and internal team. You will be working with a great team with good teamwork. Looking for individuals who are willing to:

1. Serve customers with pride and care at Bakery & Cafe setting. One weekend is necessary.
2. Embrace operational efficiency, productivity improvement, and promote sales.
3. Promote the products and present value-add information (e.g., allergy, dietary requirements).
4. Deliver service excellence.
5. Develop and monitor housekeeping and hygiene standards.
6. Manage inventory on a daily basis.
7. Manage order fulfillment through POS and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Have product knowledge on bread and pastries.
9. Work well with the kitchen team (bakers).
10. Provide operational experience for product improvement.
11. Have opportunities to create new products.
12. Ensure quality control of products and processes to ensure sustainability.
13. Drive process improvement for productivity and efficiency.
14. Contribute operational experience for marketing and branding initiatives.
15. Be cheerful, motivated, mature, stable, and serve with a mission heart.

18. Be familiar with social media, Microsoft Office software, tech & phone savvy, and able to generate reports and manage e-commerce sites.
