Job description
  • Review Documents: Check that account opening documents are complete and accurate.
  • Liaise with Teams: Work with Account Managers, Legal, and Compliance to address any onboarding issues.
  • Follow Procedures: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and standards.
  • Report Issues: Identify and report any service delays or operational problems.
  • Improve Processes: Suggest and help implement ways to improve onboarding processes.
  • Assist with Projects: Support the team with additional tasks or projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Banking, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Experience in banking operations or client onboarding is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
