Review Documents:
Check that account opening documents are complete and accurate.
Liaise with Teams:
Work with Account Managers, Legal, and Compliance to address any onboarding issues.
Follow Procedures:
Ensure all activities comply with company policies and standards.
Report Issues:
Identify and report any service delays or operational problems.
Improve Processes:
Suggest and help implement ways to improve onboarding processes.
Assist with Projects:
Support the team with additional tasks or projects as needed.
Requirements:
Education:
Degree in Banking, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
Experience in banking operations or client onboarding is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
