Responsibilities:

Support the adoption of new technologies to enhance team operations and improvement activities.
Assist with manpower and asset planning across various business functions and accounts.
Evaluate risks associated with various process change approaches and review the costs and benefits of current warehouse operations processes.
Develop and refine operational policies, standards, and procedures to align with business objectives.
Participate in project activities and effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders (Sales, HR, Finance, Facility, IT, and Operations).
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative supply chain and logistics solutions.
Assist in process automation, technology enhancements, and tracking key milestones in technology projects.
Monitor requirements and activities to meet stakeholder needs and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Provide input for workflow analysis and identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes.
Stay updated on logistics technology trends and recommend potential applications.
Support certificate and license renewals, ISO audit programs, and project implementations for the Malaysia office.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the supply chain industry, including 3PL project experience (mandatory).
Proven expertise in new project planning and strong knowledge of the supply chain industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (VBA), PowerPoint, Project Plan, Visio, and PowerBI (mandatory).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
