Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role plays a strong leadership role in supporting the Group’s business operational needs. Evolving and scaling our operational strategies, processes, and practices and driving flawless execution is critical to future success.
Job Objective:
Provide a compelling vision and mission to steer the Operations forward and set the strategic direction through evaluating the business climate and understanding different customer segments' needs (e.g. corporate, individual) and industry trends (e.g. business disruptions, technological innovations).
Review and endorse Operations’ budget and allocate resources to ensure achievement of respective work plans and targets including but not limited to profit and loss, operational efficiency, and productivity.
Build strategic partnerships and relationships with clients to sustain the operations’ growth and development.
Build a high-performing leadership team to lead a motivated and highly engaged workforce.
Establish and model Re Sustainability’s culture, values, and desired behaviours across the board.
Core Responsibilities:
Define, plan, and execute the general strategy for the operational teams.
Develop and implement sound business operational plans and procedures to promote revenue growth and profitability.
Establish performance and growth indicators to benchmark for the effectiveness of plans.
Plan, implement, and manage daily operations activities to ensure business objectives are met.
Work closely with the business development team to expand and strengthen client relationships.
Drive and define the company’s operations roadmap.
Manage the reporting of data and performance to the CEO in all matters of importance.
Manage relationships with key business stakeholders, government agencies, vendors, and customers.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work under large scale manpower deployment.
Work with senior leadership to formulate strategic operational plans.
Experience in engaging senior-level representatives from clients.
Plan, implement, and deliver contractual obligations.
Ability to analyze operational trends and directions.
Experience in delivering management reports and administering key client/management meetings.
Initiative, drive, and analytical ability.
Excellent presentation and writing skills; highly competent in PowerPoint and slide content creation.
