Operations cum Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

1. Perform general administrative duties related to the day-to-day operations of the school.
2. Provide customer services to walk-in and call-in customers.
3. Recommend music courses, enrolment, and collect school fees.
4. Sales of music books/instruments and inventory management.
5. Preparation of music books/instruments/accessories orders by the branches.
6. Generation, collation, and documentation of reports.

Requirements

1. Possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.
2. Meticulous, self-driven, and resourceful.
3. Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. 5-day work week.
5. Able to work at retail hours (nights and weekends).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

1. Night shift
2. Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
