You will be reporting to a Production supervisor. You will be based in Singapore, Corporation place.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Bill of Materials.
• Knowledge of Engineering Change Note (ECN).
• Working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Prepare process and status reports document numbers, and review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain files of engineering drawings, project reports, specifications, product proposals, and documentation.
• Ensure documents meet standards for production, and update logs, databases, and catalogues.
• Communicate with engineering change involved partners independently – Engineering team, Production team & Planning team.
• Involve in production planning for prepped part.
• Involve in material purchase for planning team.

Experience and Education

• Minimum education, diploma related in supply chain or manufacturing background.
• Good analytical skills and able to apply knowledge on problem solving.
• Good interpersonal skills, and able to work well with others.
• Minimum of at least 2 years of experience.
• Candidates with no experience who are willing to take the challenge are also welcomed.
