ABOUT OUR ROLES

The Client Coverage Group (CCG) / Client Service Manager Role in Global Banking & Markets Operations serves as a single point of contact for clients of the firm. The team oversees the strategy and execution of our front to back client experience, partnering with our clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding operational service. The CCG team is responsible for enhancing overall operational service levels, working closely with various groups across the firm globally, including Client Onboarding, Trade Management, and Technology.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, maintain and enhance client relationships with new and existing clients
  • Provide clients with a single point of contact for a wide range of operational issues and account management queries
  • Meet with clients to understand expectations, strategic goals, and project plans
  • Ensure exceptions are processed timely and queries resolved under the client’s Service Level Expectation (SLE)
  • Compile and analyze metrics to assess client efficiency opportunities
  • On-board clients onto optimal channels
  • Partner with Account Managers and Operations Command centers to drive improvement plans
  • Work with line and change teams to prioritize tech investments and process improvement initiatives
  • Make risk/service decisions on behalf of clients within certain thresholds
  • Attend conferences/events with key clients to build relationships

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum of 4 years + industry experience
  • Experience in a Client Service position or trade/post-trade environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Client service focused mindset
  • Understanding of multiple products across asset classes
  • Front to back knowledge of trade lifecycle
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders
  • Strong program management and communication skills
  • Team player who collaborates to drive optimal outcomes
