Operations Asst/Manager -Environmental Cleaning

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant/Manager to join our team at Exceltec Property Management Pte Ltd. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality environmental cleaning services.

What you'll be doing

• Manage a team of cleaning professionals to ensure efficient service delivery
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
• Monitor and report on cleaning quality and identify areas for improvement
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns
• Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Provide training and support to the cleaning team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

• Proven experience in a similar operations or management role within the cleaning services industry
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
