Operations Associate, Venture Capital (Singapore) Singapore| Permanent, Full

Our client is a venture capital fund that invests in the SEA market. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Middle Office Operations Associate, and the role is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and support pre- and post-investment conditions, ensure full recording of conditions in the system, timing monitor, and reporting to the Investment team and Portfolio Management team.
2. Identify and escalate issues related to compliance, KPI performance gaps, and financial/operational improvement opportunities for portfolio companies.
3. Coordinate periodic portfolio company updates and reporting.
4. Support periodic valuation reviews and investor reporting.
5. Coordinate across internal Investment, Portfolio Management, and Operations teams to implement and continuously improve Portfolio Management systems.
