Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets by store and by country, coordinating closely with relevant teams to ensure comprehensive and realistic planning.
• Variance Analysis and Reconciliation: Track actual versus budgeted results, investigate variances, and conduct deep data dives to provide explanations and suggest corrective actions where needed.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders to gather business intelligence that informs accurate financial projections and aids in identifying new opportunities for growth.
• Process Optimization: Assist in developing, managing, and continuously improving financial planning processes, working to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.

Business Operations and Data Analysis

• Data Preparation and Management: Collect, clean, and transform data for effective use in business analyses and framework development, ensuring data integrity and readiness for strategic use.
• Dashboard and Model Creation: Design and support models and dashboards that address specific business needs, allowing stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• KPI Monitoring: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and progress toward financial and business goals.
• Automated Reporting Enhancements: Develop and refine automated reports to facilitate seamless, timely insights for stakeholders across the organization.

Project and Process Support

• Ad-Hoc Analysis and Special Projects: Assist with various ad-hoc analysis and projects as business needs evolve, adapting to new challenges and providing timely, data-backed recommendations.
