Job Title: Operations Analyst (Loans) - Banking Industry

Job Duration: 12 months contract with a possibility to extend or go perm!

Salary: Up to S$6,000/month

Morgan McKinley is seeking an Operations Analyst (Loans) - Banking Industry for a 12 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or go perm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile, review, and upload transactional loan documents.
• Maintain responsibility for the accuracy of loan documentation uploads and reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly asset reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with audits.
• Perform data entry into the leasing system.
• Manage mailbox operations and provide client servicing support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Finance Diploma from a Polytechnic institution.
• 2-4+ years of experience in the banking or leasing industry, with significant loan operational and documentation experience.
• Familiarity with common forms of lease documentation, software license agreements, and other typical customer finance documents.
• Understanding of operational and administrative processes, including customer invoicing, cash application, collections, and end-of-lease management.
• Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
