Job Description - Operations Analyst (Credit & Loan Support cum Fund Ops) - 12 month contract (250000HR)

Responsibilities

1. Perform operational activities pertaining to margin calls and collateral maintenance
2. Perform maintenance activities relating to Unit Trust Funds
3. Ensure processing accuracy of all work performed
4. Ensure assigned tasks are processed in accordance with agreed service levels
5. Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and policies
6. Support any other tasks related to reconciliation and report preparation activities
7. Handle queries from internal stakeholders, external counterparties, relationship managers and relationship officers
8. Participate in on-going IT system enhancement, testing, launching & implementing of new system and new business initiatives
9. Handle ad hoc projects/initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

1. Diploma Holder or above
2. Good product & banking knowledge
3. Meticulous and have a keen eye for details
4. Able to identify, assess, monitor and mitigate operational risks from time to time
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a good team player
6. Able to multi-task and adapt to changes
