JOB DUTIES:

1. Create, maintain and execute the preventative maintenance schedule, ensuring that necessary repairs are noted and completed, including off-season facility improvements, and outside services and contractors.
2. Monitor the purchase and maintenance of an inventory of all supplies, equipment and services.
3. Ensure safe work practices are utilized by all staff members and ensure proper safety documentation is recorded and maintained regularly.
4. Direct, administer and monitor all work assignments, equipment, inventory supplies.
5. Direct work assignments of contractors hired for facility projects and monitor the completion of all assignments as per the contract documents.
6. Facility Management – Cleaning services and maintenance contractor.
7. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to facility operations, maintenance costs, and equipment performance.
8. Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

1. Minimum a diploma in facility management or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in a warehouse environment.
3. Ability to always work as a team member.
4. Proven track records of ‘can-do’ attitude with a result-oriented mindset.
5. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as spreadsheets, databases, and statistical software.
