As a Master Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data within our organization. Your responsibilities will span across data entry, system maintenance, and compliance with audit requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to maintain high-quality data and contribute to process improvements.
Job Duties:
- Master Data Governance and Policy Implementation
- Develop and enforce master data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security.
- Define master data ownership and responsibilities within the organization.
- Establish and monitor data quality metrics to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of master data.
- Educate and train employees on data governance policies, data quality best practices, and the proper use of master data.
- Master Data Management Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve data management processes, leveraging automation and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT and business users to integrate data governance principles into our systems and processes.
- Master Data Operation
- Oversee the creation and ongoing maintenance of material master data, ensuring its alignment with business objectives.
- Guarantee data accuracy by establishing a cross-functional team of stakeholders dedicated to ensure time to market new product introduction.
- Provide support to end-users for data-related inquiries and issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management (or equivalent).
- Experience:
- Strong proficiency in data entry and experience with access management protocols.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues across various levels within the organization.
- Proven experience with data analytic tools and methodologies.
