Job Description:

This is a full role for an Operation Manager located in Bedok (shifting to Jurong in September).

Our client is a baking artisan whole foods provider. The role involves coordinating with sales and management to align production with demand, adjusting schedules, and optimizing resources. It includes improving efficiency through automation, monitoring labor productivity, and implementing staff training programs. Quality control focuses on maintaining product standards, ensuring safety compliance, and reducing waste through efficient resource allocation. Inventory management involves stock monitoring and implementing tracking tools, while production scheduling ensures timely deliveries and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years in bakery industry
