Supervise and oversee all aspects of global courier operations, ensuring efficient, timely, and secure international deliveries.
Liaise with freight forwarders, international shipping partners, and customs agencies to facilitate smooth cross-border logistics.
Ensure full compliance with Singapore Customs procedures and international import/export regulations.
Manage lost and found cases at Changi Airport, coordinating with airport authorities and customers for swift resolution.
Plan and optimize delivery routes and schedules for both domestic and international shipments.
Support and coordinate ground operations, including warehouse handling, parcel sorting, and fleet movement.
Operate company vehicles when required (must hold a valid Class 3 driving license for both auto and manual transmission).
Provide training and mentorship to logistics personnel on global shipping standards, customs clearance, and best practices.
Respond to and resolve operational escalations, including shipment delays, customs issues, and customer service complaints.
Maintain detailed records of shipments, customs documents, and incident reports to ensure traceability and accountability.
Uphold adherence to company SOPs, international trade laws, and occupational safety standards.
