Operation Supervisor

This position requires the candidate to manage customers and cleaners under him/her and oversee the company's day-to-day operations.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage cleaning services and teams
• Able to multitask and cover manpower if needed (required to do hands-on cleaning work).
• Work with the team lead to deploy available manpower daily for next-day arrangements.
• Visit each site daily for inspection, ensuring on-site standards of cleanliness and work quality and meeting clients' requirements.
• Manage clients’ complaints/feedback
• Cleaning schedule and coordination with the Team lead.
• Ensure cleaning teams follow safety measures during cleaning operations and perform a risk assessment onsite.
• Guide the team to respond accordingly to incidents and emergencies
• Raise requests for purchases of materials and equipment for the site
• Check each site's stock level and update the office.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in the same or similar cleaning industry (Coffeeshop, Foodcourt and Central Kitchen).
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who can manage a team well and work independently.
• Able to speak basic Mandarin Chinese & English and communicate with the elderly cleaners
• MUST HAVE: Good personality, Good working attitude, Punctuality and Good Attendance
• Problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
