Operation Manager

Job Description:

· Developing and managing operational activities, including the monitoring of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) strategies, and overseeing manpower, financial and resource plans.

· Day to day repair and maintenance job arrangement and yard operation management.

· Manage cost, quality and schedule, as well as health, safety and environmental activities for the site.

· Maximise productivity within the maintenance environment through sound scheduling and planning.

· Supervision the office team and review the job card and overtime to ensure all jobs are recorded and billed accordingly.

· Review invoices, quotation and efficiency of workers in perform their repair works.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years experience in heavy machinery industry.

· Technically background of Heavy machineries.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
