Up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus

• Basic Salary up to $5,500 with yearly increment based on performance.

• Week 1 (6 working days), Week 2 (5 working days), Week 3 (6 working days), Week 4 (5 working days) – Depending on roster basis.

• Working timing: 8am to 5pm.

Job Description:

This is a full-time role for an Operations Manager located in Geylang Bahru. Our client is one of Singapore's Leading Specialists for Buddhist funeral services. You will be responsible for conducting morning briefings, delegating duties to Team Leaders, and providing budget updates to the Finance Department. You will oversee the preparation of monthly schedules, consolidate feedback from teams, families, and clients, and ensure quality control of standards, rituals, and customs. You will improve operational systems and processes, review SOPs for efficiency, plan and review compensation actions, and enforce policies. Additionally, you will manage the welfare and health of operations staff, handle HR matters such as leave approval and overtime, oversee recruitment and interviews, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
