Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and servicing of all horticulture works
• Plan and assess work programmes
• Ensure quality of landscaping is acceptable.
• Manage all areas of the project including planning daily work and worker timetables.
• Manage workers and contractors working at the project location.
• Meet with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
• Train workers on safety methods when working with equipment and tools.
• Pre-empt and troubleshoot on-site problems
• Prepare various reports

Requirements

• Diploma in Horticulture / Landscape Management or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision or WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management
• Independent individual with good organisation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Possess Class 3 driving license
• ISA Certified
• Preferably able to start work within short notice
