Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring company policies are followed.
  2. Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
  3. Hiring, training and developing new employees.
  4. Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
  5. Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
  6. Providing leadership and direction to all employees.
  7. Preparing and presenting employee reviews.
  8. Assisting customers whenever necessary.
  9. Organizing employee schedule.
  10. Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
  11. Taking disciplinary action when necessary.
  12. Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
  13. Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission.
  14. Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
  15. Coordinating all marketing requirements with Marketing team and VP of F&B.
  16. Able to work night shift, weekend and public holiday.

Requirements:

  1. Stable work history.
  2. Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
  3. Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
  4. Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.
  5. Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
  6. Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
