Operation Executive (Relief Project)

• Location: MacPherson MRT (2mins from MRT)
• Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Weekend (WFH, as and when required)
• Basic from $2600 to $3200 + Incentive
• Annual leave from 14 days

Job Description:

• Manage a group of outsource teachers.
• Coordinate and schedule daily work assignments for them.
• Conduct recruitment activities, interview, and select potential candidates.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets.
• Handle client feedback and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Prepare monthly reports for management.
• Work in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
• Computer literate.
• Positive attitude and responsible.
• Pleasant disposition and able to communicate with people.
• Able to work on weekends when required.
• Available to start in a short duration.
