Operation Executive, Logistics (Warehouse ops / Supervising / Bonus / East)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectations.
2. Assist with daily transportation arrangements.
3. Support the team with daily reporting such as inventory reports, warehouse, and distribution tracking reports.
4. Communicate and coordinate with the warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
5. Communicate with customers to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Tally inventory with Singapore customs records and ensure accuracy between physical stocks and system quantities.
7. Assist in any other duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff.
2. Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
3. Preferable experience in 3PL.
4. Proficient in computer skills (i.e., MS Office, Excel, SAP, and WMS).
