Operation Executive, Logistics (Warehouse ops / Supervising / Bonus / Alps)

Location: Alps Avenue (company transport from Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Punggol, Sengkang, Tampines MRT)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectations.
2. Assist with daily transportation arrangements.
3. Tally inventory with Singapore custom records and ensure accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
4. Communicate and coordinate with the warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
5. Communicate with customers to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Support the team with daily reporting such as inventory reports and warehouse/distribution tracking reports.
7. Assist in any other duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and supervising warehouse staff.
2. Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
3. Preferable experience in 3PL.
4. Proficient in computer skills, i.e., MS Office, Excel, SAP, and WMS.
