OPERATION EXECUTIVE / LOGISTICS / WAREHOUSE

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Able to carry out welding. Good welding skills on SMAW/TIG/MIG processes will be an added advantage.
2. Able to weld accurately and quickly and must be able to interpret.
3. Operate and inspect completed work to determine success.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area on a daily basis.
5. Conduct daily machine and tool preventive maintenance.
6. Perform scheduled maintenance on the equipment including forklift and excavator.
7. Assist the welding Lead-hand to complete the work scope within the time frame given and perform self-inspection on finished workpiece.
8. Demonstrates efficient job planning and time scheduling.
9. Must execute all tasks with all prescribed safety equipment in place and follow applicable OSHA rules for themselves and the mechanical technicians.
10. Any other tasks as and when assigned by manager/management.
11. Ensure all incoming goods are received correctly and in good condition.
12. Conduct weekly and monthly stock take and prepare inventory reports.
13. Ensure store operations run smoothly and maintain housekeeping.
14. Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

1. At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience in warehouse management or project management.
2. Independent and fast learner with a positive attitude.
3. Possessing a forklift license, Workplace Safety & Health in metalwork, construction sites, shipyard safety instruction course for workers' general trade, and hot work trade will be an advantage.
4. Experience in welding.
