Operation Executive (Kidney Dialysis Centre)

Job Scope

1. To ensure that all aspects of the centre run smoothly and efficiently, including patient care and centre maintenance.
2. Works closely with the clinical team to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and that all regulatory requirements are met.
3. Will help to handle inventory management and vendor relationships to ensure the centre operates within financial targets.
4. Responsible for implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.

Main Responsibilities

1. Overall, in charge and responsible for stocks and consumables management.
2. Direct responsible person to liaise and engage vendors as needed.
3. Direct supervisor for admin personnel and the cleaner.
4. Create training for the cleaner.
5. In charge of arranging and scheduling the annual fire drill and training.
6. Overall, in charge of machines and equipment preventive maintenance and functionality, pest control maintenance, and high dusting arrangement of the centre.
7. Main point of contact for any machines, equipment, and facility issues and get them fixed in a timely manner.
8. Support in handling difficult and abusive patients.
9. Responsible for creation and updating of operations-related policies.
10. Responsible to arrange and attend regular and ad hoc meetings related to operational matters.
11. Collaborates between departments such as IT, procurement, and facility to resolve issues, or develop new programs/projects as needed.
12. Participates in initiatives or projects that support process improvements, leveraging new system capabilities or the integration of data/other applications into existing systems.
13. Works with the Nurse Manager in handling budgeting.
14. Any other tasks or duties that the head of department will assign.
15. Candidates will be stationed onsite (Kidney Dialysis Centre) at Fernvale.
