Operation Executive in Storage Management Industry MNC (ID: 572430)

Our client, a well-known company, is looking for candidates for the position of Operations Executive.

Job Scope:

• Supporting the Sales Team in driving rental of storage units, with the aim of improving the Group’s occupancy rate and profitability.
• Drive the sales of associated products such as merchandise.
• Conduct site viewings and maintain necessary communication with the Sales Team and enquiries.
• Administrative documentation such as agreements, storage declarations, and others.
• Ensure timely payments by customers.
• Ensure respective Site is well-maintained and prompt fault reporting to the relevant team.
• Preparation and submissions of various reports as required.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, Sales Management, Product Development, Real Estate or equivalent.
• 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in customer service in various industries.
