Operation Executive - (ID: 663889)

Responsibilities:

• Issue sales & purchase contracts after trades are done
• Vetting of master LC to ensure all terms are in order before asking customers to open LC
• Arrange for LC opening in time prior to shipment
• Prepare custom documents required for custom clearance
• Prepare and present documents under sales LC
• Preparation of document instruction for brokers and suppliers
• Provide timely update for vessel movements to suppliers and buyers
• Demurrage calculation and submit claims for any costing incurred
• Tracking of payment and settlement
• Maintain proper filing for each shipment

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of related working experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work within tight timeline
