Operation Executive (Air Import)

Responsibilities:

• Arrange collection and delivery of international air import freight.

• Handle operational, routing, and customer service responsibilities for shipments.

• Use preferred truckers and vendors to identify solutions based on rates and service.

• Coordinate with shippers, consignees, and air carriers.

• Complete all required import documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Enter import shipment details into the system.

• Review and process documents; follow up with origin offices for clarification and resolution.

• Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.

• Provide classification recommendations to customers with proper approvals.

• Prepare and coordinate all required import documentation.

• Respond to customer inquiries about import milestones, shipment status, and charges.

• Ensure responses to customer inquiries stay within company guidelines.

• Escalate complex or uncommon issues to a manager when needed.

• Process billing and invoicing for shipments.

Requirements:

• Min 1 - 2 years of relevant experience

• Singaporean Only
