Operation Executive

Job Description:

1. Oversees the smooth functioning and operation of the clinics
2. Manage clinic appointment, overall staff deployment and resource allocation
3. Ensure guidelines and procedures related to clinic service are adhered to by all relevant personnel at all times
4. Assist staff in dealing with different situations
5. Working with front-counter staff to continually improve patient experience and communications
6. Ensures timely submission of monthly reports and accuracy of clinical indicators tabulations
7. Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration/ Business Management or equivalent
