Job description
Responsibilities
Assist in checking the personal hygiene of all the staff and hygiene of chillers & freezers.
File weekly records for hygiene checklists & photos.
Help out in packet meals packing.
Print out daily preparation lists for cooking.
Maintain a comprehensive filing system.
Compile and submit petty cash vouchers, suppliers’ invoices, workers’ medical certificates/leave forms, etc. to the main office.
Assist in receiving & checking on incoming goods & deliveries.
Requirements
Minimum ‘O’ Level.
Ability to communicate with suppliers & vendors.
Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must be a fast learner.
Good self-discipline, able to work in accordance with instructions.
Fast and meticulous.
Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
Willing to work long hours, especially during festive seasons.
