Model, motivate and communicate regularly to all site staff on the mission, vision, and core values.
Prepare, organize, collate and submit all required operational and HR documentation to achieve compliance guidelines and deadlines.
Forecast, plan, recruit and deploy manpower duties and schedules to meet the site contractual requirements.
Guide, coach, and inspect daily and ad-hoc cleaning jobs and tasks to ensure they are performed according to clients' expectations and SOPs guidelines.
Conduct and monitor effective OJT training for all new operations staff based on the training blueprint standards to achieve operational excellence and skillsets.
Attend to all feedback or complaints from clients and take immediate measures to solve the issues and prevent future recurrence.
Place orders, replenish, monitor, and track cleaning material stock and equipment to achieve minimum wastage.
Conduct and maintain proper records of Client's Meetings, Toolbox meetings, staff safety Induction, and all relevant Workplace Safety & Health documentation.
