Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of maintenance schedule according to clients' master schedule.
  2. Preparation of progress report and submission.
  3. Procurement of material/parts/components.
  4. Technical assessment of systems and introduction of retrofit/replacement recommendations to clients.
  5. On-the-job risk analysis and preparation of risk assessment procedure.
  6. Preparation of method statements/process for presentation to clients.
  7. Perform checks and inspections of entire systems including control parameters attendance.
  8. Troubleshooting of faults/breakdowns and rectification according to authorities'/clients' requirements.
  9. Perform full set of testing complying with authorities' clients' requirements.
  10. Execute maintenance programs in compliance with authorities' clients' requirements.
  11. Attendance at meetings and/or site surveys with clients.
  12. Submission of quotations/costing to clients within stipulated time frames.
  13. Maintenance of good public relationships with vendors/clients.
  14. Logistics and manpower planning and arrangement.
