Operation Executive

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
• Supervise and coordinate logistics operations staff to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
• Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
• Manage and resolve operational issues, providing solutions to enhance productivity and minimize disruptions.
• Work closely with relevant department to ensure seamless coordination.
• Monthly tracking and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, staff performance, and service levels.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in logistics operations.
• Assist in on boarding, training, off boarding and performance evaluation of operations staff.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including MOM and workplace safety standards.
• Assist in any other duties assigned by management.
