Operation Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Independent worker and able to handle difficult cleaners
2. Ensure all timesheets for all commercial sites are filled
3. Ensure all site SOPs are met according to client's requirements
4. Plan, execute, and implement new SOPs to ensure cleaners are following
5. Draft timetables and duties for individual site cleaners to adhere to
6. Ensure smooth operations flow across all sites
7. Conduct site visit meetings with customers bi-annually to ensure customer satisfaction and gather client feedback
8. Ensure all stocks for necessities are replenished at all times
9. Maintain good relationships with clients
10. Adhere to any ad-hoc jobs required by the company
