Maintaining and updating our database and student records through our school management system.
Monitoring daily schedules of teachers and students to ensure the smooth running of classes.
Dealing with and evaluating all academic affairs related to ERF (e.g. course registration, course planning and course delivery, AEB meetings).
Evaluation of students based on their individual learning progress.
Completing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Dealing with all examination related matters including registration and payments for examinations.
Event Organisations (e.g. music festivals, seminars, music concerts, community activities).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in music performance.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in music education (musical instruments/music theory teaching) and PEIs (including academic matters related to ERF).
Familiar with academic matters related to PEIs.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
