What We Are Looking For:

• 8+ years in F&B or QSR operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing operations across a minimum of 15 outlets, ideally within the fast-casual or QSR sector.
• Strong strategies planning and outlet expansion experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
• Hands-on, analytical and goal oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You'll be Doing:

• Formulate and execute strategies to grow sales through new outlet openings and optimize existing operations.
• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team to meet sales objectives and operations standards.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a key partner to the Executive Director, stepping in as a global leader when needed.
