Job Description

Tele-Health Operation Support

  1. Manage daily Tele-Health administrative tasks and resolve medicine delivery issues efficiently.
  2. Investigate and follow up on patient and client enquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders, including employers, doctors, clinics, and internal departments.
  4. Ensure strict adherence to PDPA regulations, company standards, SOPs, and always maintain patient confidentiality.
  5. Coordinate follow-up care for patients after tele-consultations, ensuring continuity of care.
  6. Responsible for financial administrative tasks, including preparing refunds, raising credit notes, and collecting outstanding payments from patients or employers.

Service Excellence

  1. Ensure a high standard of professional service to clients, meeting customer service and quality KPIs as determined by the department.
  2. Adhere to best practices by responding to calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring prompt attention to inquiries and issues.
  3. Proactively identify customer needs and sustain a culture of service excellence within the organisation.
  4. Work collaboratively and effectively with other teams within the organisation to contribute to the performance of the team.
  5. Follow up and support the reporting officer in handling patient relation issues.

Equipment, Supplies, and Maintenance

  1. Responsible for keeping inventory of office equipment and their maintenance, including ensuring there are sustainable supplies of stationery and other consumables.
  2. Responsible for reporting to the Operation Manager / Operation Executive of any machine breakdown or damage to property.

Others

  1. Keep self-informed and up to date on products and services offered across the organisation.
  2. Attend training as assigned by the Operation Manager / Operation Executive.
  3. Able to be deployed to other medical centres, including supporting Community Health Day and MMS events when necessary.
  4. Any other tasks as assigned by the Operation Manager / Operation Executive.
