Operation coordinators are responsible for daily coordinating projects and ensuring everything moves according to schedule.

They are responsible for planning and overseeing project execution from initiation to completion.

They handle project expenses and supplies, manage site staff, and coordinate operational activities.

They ensure safe operation of material handling equipment, such as sprinkler materials and piping, to load and unload materials.

They maintain safety training for all required safety and compliance-related training and keep all safety and compliance records/reports as required by the company and law.

They assist in completing all reporting requirements as mandated by the main contractor and Occupational Safety and Health Administration rules and regulations.
