AgnesG is seeking a dynamic Operations & Sales Manager to oversee multiple outlets, drive sales, and lead our team to new heights. If you have a strong retail background, proven experience in multi-store management, and a passion for customer service and sales growth, we want you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Overseeing daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure efficiency and excellence
- Leading and motivating staff to meet and exceed sales targets
- Creating strategic sales plans to boost revenue and customer engagement
- Managing staff scheduling, performance, and training to maintain top service quality
- Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints with professionalism
- Ensuring smooth store operations, inventory control, and compliance with company standards
- Identifying new business opportunities to expand AgnesG's success

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in beauty or lifestyle brands
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multiple teams
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets efficiently
• Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding customer service mindset with experience in handling complaints professionally
• Ability to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Beauty industry knowledge is a bonus but not a must!
