Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

Provide daily administrative and operational support to the team for the purpose of Community Intervention Team (COMIT) service development and implementation.

Job Responsibilities

1. Undertake data management and verification in accordance with the requirements of COMIT.
2. In charge of timely data collation and quarterly report submission, as well as generating reports, in accordance with the requirements of the COMIT programme.
3. Assist in documentation and tracking of key performance indicators and targets.
4. Provide administrative or logistical support to the team in running client-related support and/or other COMIT activities.
5. Liaise with relevant organizations and healthcare providers to coordinate referrals for the COMIT Programme.
6. Organize the logistics and/or resources to ensure the smooth running of COMIT activities and services.
7. Provide secretariat support for workgroup meetings and presentations.
8. Assist in coordinating and planning outreach and engagement events with other community partners and agencies.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in project management.
3. Able to work independently and deliver in a timely manner.
4. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Task-driven team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular, Microsoft Excel.
7. Experience in community and/or healthcare settings would be advantageous.
