Operating Theatre Technical Assistant

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all equipment checks and positioning in the Operating Theatres
2. Set up the Operating Theatres for the surgical team prior to an operation
3. Assist the surgical team during operation to transfer and position the patients
4. Assist in positioning the Operating Theatre lights for the surgical team
5. Responsible for general housekeeping of the theatre rooms before and after the operation
6. Responsible for the maintenance of equipment in the Operating Theatres

Requirements

1. Minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ level education
2. Certificate in Healthcare Services or WSQ certificate in Healthcare Support would be an advantage
3. Able to work in teams
