Online Sales Manager

Food Manufacture & Distributor in Singapore - Korean Food, Processed Meat, Frozen & Fresh foods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales through the company's own online store and mainstream platforms (Lazada Redmart / Shopee etc)
• Manage online marketing campaigns and promotions
• Product management pricing, promotion, margin
• Manage customer relationships and communication
• Analyse sales data and create performance reports
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with market trends
• Support inventory and logistics management

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in online sales or marketing
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving skills and creative thinking
• Korean speaking
• Experience related to e-commerce company or operation online business
• Good understanding of Korean products or foods
