Offshore Relationship Manager

Our client, a well-established international bank with a strong presence in Asia, is recruiting an Offshore Relationship Manager to expand their global markets business.

about the job:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW clients across diverse markets, focusing on building long-term relationships.
• Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal product specialists to design and implement tailored financial solutions that address the unique needs of offshore clients.
• Ensure client retention by delivering personalized service, conducting regular portfolio reviews and maintaining proactive communication.
• Stay updated on global financial markets, economic developments and regulatory changes impacting offshore banking clients.
• Provide timely insights and recommendations based on market trends and investment opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, client engagement and business development activities.

skills and qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management/offshore banking with a focus on international markets.
• Proven track record in managing HNW clients and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of investment and bancassurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in an additional language is advantageous for engaging with diverse client bases.
