We’re currently looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Network Engineer - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: 25837015 Network Engineer C11) based in Singapore. In this role, you’re expected to:

• Resolve moderately complex problems/projects through analysis, technical experience, and precedents; provide analysis for more complex issues, escalating as appropriate.
• Participate in testing activities, including the creation and execution of basic test scripts and evaluating results for possible enhancements.
• Complete control activities (risk, self-assessment, COB, audit, etc.) and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Collect and organize requirements for hardware acquisition and deployment activities.
• Gather, compile, and synthesize information regarding technology processes or systems; create and prepare reports.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 3-8 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role with demonstrated knowledge of operational process change and improvement.
• 2-7 years of working experience as a Network Engineer.
• Expertise in LAN/WAN & Help Desk Administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team.
• Working exposure with Cisco and Load Balancer is good to have.
• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Education:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
