Job Description

The Office Receptionist/Admin Assistant provides essential support to the office team by performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role involves managing office communications, organizing files, and handling day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and display professionalism to guests/clients.

  • Manage office supplies and procurement to ensure daily operational needs.

  • Assist in facilitating and organizing office meetings, conferences, hotel and restaurant reservations, chauffeur service arrangements, and other administrative tasks.

  • Provide guest reception duties such as greeting office visitors.

  • Perform any other admin or ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Pleasant demeanor and professional etiquette.

  • Great communicator with excellent customer service skills.

  • Good working attitude and meticulous.

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importance.

  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

  • Candidates with no experience are welcomed as well.
