Job Description
The Office Receptionist/Admin Assistant provides essential support to the office team by performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role involves managing office communications, organizing files, and handling day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and display professionalism to guests/clients.
Manage office supplies and procurement to ensure daily operational needs.
Assist in facilitating and organizing office meetings, conferences, hotel and restaurant reservations, chauffeur service arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
Provide guest reception duties such as greeting office visitors.
Perform any other admin or ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Pleasant demeanor and professional etiquette.
Great communicator with excellent customer service skills.
Good working attitude and meticulous.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importance.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
Candidates with no experience are welcomed as well.
