Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Partnership
Collaborate with other HR functional teams and senior leaders to drive HR initiatives and organisational changes.
Analyse HR metrics and data to provide insights for decision-making.
Talent Acquisition
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from providing guidance on workforce planning and talent sourcing to candidate selection and onboarding, ensuring that teams are optimally resourced to support business goals.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to anticipate hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that drive successful talent outcomes.
Employee Experience
Serve as primary point of contact for employees within assigned business units, addressing HR-related matters and fostering an enhanced employee experience.
Handle complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
What we are looking for:
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management or related fields.
Good knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret and analyse data to drive informed decision-making and improve outcomes.
A team player who is independent, resilient, and resourceful with a proven ability to adapt and remain flexible in response to evolving priorities and business demands.
Experience with Workday HR System, Robotics Process Automation, Chatbots or Macro programming is an advantage.
